Vermentino: soft pressing of the grapes, static clarification of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks Viognier: soft pressing of the grapes, static clarification of the must and fermentation in oak-barrels.

Pale straw yellow with green nuances

 

Bouquet:

Intense, with hints of green tea, fused to citrus notes with a touch of apricot

 

Flavour:

Powerful, with good acidity, balanced, very persistent
