Vineyard of Belsedere situated at 235 m above sea-level, in a north-west, south- east position

Technique of vinification and ageing:
Manual and selective harvest, further selection of the separated grapes in the winery. Fermentation in barrique for about 18 months and refinement in bottles for 6 months


Aging:
in French barriques for about 18 months andrefinement in bottles for about 6 months.

Red fruits like cherry, spices that develop during the evolution in the bottle a tone of liquorice and tobacco
