Vineyards in the slopes of Murlo (in the province of Siena) at 300-350 m above sea-level

Vines:
Vermentino 75% - 25% Viognier

Technique of vinification and ageing:
Vermentino: soft pressing of the grapes, static clarification of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks

Viognier: soft pressing of the grapes, static clarification of the must and fermentation in oak-barrels.

Production of grapes per hectare:
6500 kg/ha

Annual production:
3,500 bottles

Colour:
Pale straw yellow with green nuances

Bouquet:
Intense, with hints of green tea, fused to citrus notes with a touch of apricot

Flavour:
Powerful, with good acidity, balanced, very persistent

Ideal temperature:
10/12°C
